We are very excited to present the 2016 PwC Namibian Employee Benefit Survey. This is the first publication of this type of research for the Namibian Market.
The research has been conducted to ascertain the benefit trends utilised by 27 Namibian organisations, in both the public and private business sectors, for the attraction, engagement and retention of key skills in a highly competitive market place.
This publication provides Namibian organisations with a best practice guide to provide detailed guidance in the decision-making process. Where meaningful both the employee level and the business sector analysis has been provided.
All data for the survey was validated by the online system and further verified, where possible, by a consultant to ensure that the complexity of the subject matter was accurately recorded for analysis purposes. Data was collected during the first quarter of 2016 and the data collected refers to policies and benefits in place at the time of the collection period.
