Gerrit celebrated his 20-year anniversary with PwC Namibia in January of 2025. He gained extensive experience on a vast array of clients operating in various industries including financial services, healthcare, construction, retail, pharmaceuticals, fishing, oil and gas, agriculture, telecommunications and transport. His exposure includes managing and overseeing various groups, of which several of the groups includes listed clients, requiring interoffice reporting as multinational clients or other US GAAP requirements.
Gerrit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia (“ICAN”), the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (“SAICA”) and the Public Auditors’ and Accountants’ Board (“PAAB”) in Namibia.
