Our Code of Conduct

Guided by our purpose, values and behaviours

Our Code of Conduct (Code) sets out what’s expected of us. It outlines our core principles—integrity, objectivity, professional competence and due care, confidentiality and professional behaviour. It shows how we should turn principles into actions and holds us accountable to always give our best.

Our Code’s five major sections

Speak up

Speaking up when something doesn’t seem right shows our integrity and courage to do the right thing. We explore when and how to express concerns and report situations that don’t seem right.

Build trust in how we do business

We define what’s expected of us as professionals and uphold our reputation by maintaining professional standards, adhering to laws and regulations, and fulfilling ethical obligations—all while delivering high quality, innovative work.

Build trust in how we use information

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of information of our clients, our people and others we do business with. We protect personal and confidential information in all forms, and we don’t misuse it. We exercise good judgement on social media.

Build trust in our communities

We focus on how we present ourselves to the world and markets we operate in. We aim to earn the trust of our stakeholders by demonstrating care, openness and honesty, and by maintaining a strong focus on ethics and quality.

Build trust with each other

Trust is essential to working effectively with our colleagues and serving our clients. It begins with each of us treating each other with care, courtesy, dignity, fairness and respect.

Our Global Third Party Code of Conduct

Hear from the Global Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

We are recognised as a global leader in professional services, collaborating with many of the world’s largest organisations. Our commitment is unwavering—we operate within a framework of ethical and professional standards, along with laws, regulations, internal policies and our core values. As a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, we uphold its ten principles.

We hold ourselves—and those we work with—to the highest ethical and professional standards. Integrity isn’t optional. Our Global Third Party Code of Conduct sets these expectations clearly.

Understanding and following the third party code is key to working for or with us. We expect third parties to be aware of their ethical responsibilities and to integrate the behaviours outlined in the code into their work for or with us.

We know no code can address every situation third parties may face. The third party code doesn’t replace personal accountability—use good judgment and conduct business properly.

If you are a third party and encounter a situation that might be inconsistent with the code, we encourage you to seek guidance from the person in our company responsible for your services—or contact our Ethics Helpline.

We appreciate the courage it takes to speak up—concerns raised by our third parties will be reviewed and investigated.

If something doesn’t seem right or if you’re facing a dilemma, speak up. It’s the right thing to do.
