PwC team in Lithuania provided full buy-side services to Saferoad Holding AS, a leading European supplier of road safety and infrastructure solutions headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Saferoad Holding AS operates in 13 countries and is a market leader in road safety, with a comprehensive portfolio covering infrastructure, restraint systems, services, and traffic solutions.
PwC Lithuania Deals and Tax teams are glad to have had the opportunity to support Saferoad Holding AS as buy-side financial and tax advisors and provide integrated duediligence and other transaction-related services in acquiring Gatas UAB, a prominent Lithuanian provider of road marking and road safety equipment installation and maintenance services.
Saferoad Holding AS and Gatas UAB are partnering to establish a joint service venture that will enhance road safety across Scandinavia, Poland, Lithuania and other regions, leveraging the shared expertise and capabilities of both organisations.
We are proud to have contributed to the successful completion of this deal. The PwC Deals team not only provided full-scope due diligence services but also had the chance to support the transaction by offering broader advisory during Saferoad Holding AS negotiations and in subsequent stages of the deal.
