Saulė Navalinskaitė

Saulė is a member of the PwC Legal team, specializing in state aid and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Saulė has acquired experience in the field of commercial law, where she has conducted diverse legal analyses, drafted contracts and corporate documents. She has also possessed expertise in assisting clients with the utilization of state aid for various types of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maximizing the benefits available under such programs. In addition, Saulė consulted clients in the area of labor law.

Currently, Saulė is studying at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University. Master‘s degree expected in 2026.
