Angola - Revocation of the obligation to legalize minutes books

19/04/21

In brief

It was published Law 7/21, of 14 April - which came into force on the date of its publication - revoking the legal provisions on the mandatory legalization of minutes books provided for in the Commercial Code and in Law 11/15, of 17 June (Law on the Simplification of the Procedure for Incorporation of Commercial Companies). The obligation to keep a book of minutes is therefore maintained, but it is no longer necessary to proceed with its legalization.
