On 21 April 2016, Kyiv’s Parus Business Centre hosted Ukrainian HR Summit 2016, which brought together over 200 HR experts from CEOs to HR directors.
This event was organised by Alex Polin International recruitment company.
Ukrainian HR Summit 2016 was intended to equip CEOs and HR directors with the broadest possible set of hands-on tools, which they could use in their organisations.
The summit was welcome addressed by Vanda Sinkova, a special guest and CIPD Centre of Excellence leader in the Academies of PwC in CEE, Business skills leader in the Academy of PwC in Slovakia, who highlighted top trends in HR, spoke about inspiration and leadership of the future, and energised the summit participants for the entire day.
Other speakers at the summit were Andrzej Wypych, HR Director at PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih; Natalia Fastovets, HR expert in retail and member of Ukrainian HR Summit 2016 expert committee, HR directors of large multinationals, namely Mikhail Zavylov (Microsoft Ukraine), Ruslana Ignatieva (DHL Express Ukraine), Marina Muhodinova (CRH in Ukraine), Svetlana Kishinskaya (OTIS, Hungary), and Elena Skyba (Kredobank).
The event positively enegised summit participants and gave them a spirit of enthusiasm, inspiration, hands-on experience, and a chance to meet interesting people, top managers, and genuine human resources professionals.
