People Skills for Managers
This is a practical programme that focuses on the development of interpersonal skills to increase the competence and efficiency of managers. Self knowledge and understanding others forms the basis for further discussion of managerial skills such as Performance Planning, Delegation and Motivation.
The course will focus on the importance of communication, managing peers and managing performance. This is a practical course where new and current managers will share the current challenges pertaining to managing staff and come up with effective solutions to improve their management skills in the workplace.
