Job Evaluation & Grading Principles Training
The purpose of this course is to reinforce important principles of job evaluation. The training involves practical evaluations on how to conduct valid and reliable job evaluations by applying sound job evaluation principles within the context of the organisations.

- Consideration for effective job evaluation
The workshop will include a practical case study due to support the theoretical approach for best practices in pay scale design.
