The purpose of this course is to reinforce important principles of job evaluation. The training  involves practical evaluations on how to conduct valid and reliable job evaluations by applying sound job evaluation principles within the context of the organizations.

Aspects covered in detail during the course of the workshop are the following:

  • Principles & purpose of Job evaluation
  • Job architecture & JE process
  • Job evaluations steps
  • High-level Paterson job evaluation classification method
  • Consideration for effective job evaluation

The workshop will include a practical case study due to support the theoretical approach for best practices in pay scale design.
