Effective Communication & Interpersonal Skills Training
Effective communication is an essential tool and skill required in day-today life - and the more effective and assertive you are - the better your relationship and over results will be. This workshop will enhance your abilities to relate, communicate, understand and cooperate with other people - whether this is family , friends or co-workers and clients. This workshop will provide your with the tools and skills required to master the principles and practices of effective, assertive communication.
In this Programme you will learn how to:
- Respond confidently and concisely in formal, informal and ad-hoc situations
- Know how to deal with difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrate assertive behaviour through verbal and non-verbal forms of communication
- Understand the importance of body language and non-verbal communication
- Deliver impactful messages
- Explain complex ideas and handle tough questions by condensing your thoughts, simplifying information and avoiding listener and information overload
- Reduce unnecessary conflict from ineffective communication
