This is a practical course aimed at understanding the various dynamics of Customer Service.The course will provide participants with an understanding of the meaning of customer service or customer care. The course provides an understanding of self image and the impact thereof on customer interactions. The course will provide the skills to motivate employees to communicate clearly and concisely, giving exemplary customer care from an authentic yet well structured viewpoint and especially from a place of personal commitment. Emphasis is placed on becoming service champions.
