Lara Conradie

Lara Conradie is a Chartered Accountant and a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Namibia (ICAN) as well as the Public Accountants’ and Auditors’ Board (PAAB) . She has been with PwC for nine years, currently serving as an Associate Director.

Lara specialises in the financial services sector, with a particular focus on the banking and insurance industry. She contributes to the profession as a member of PAAB & ICAN’s Technical Sub-Committee, where she engages in the development and interpretation of auditing and accounting standards in Namibia.

As a mentor and coach to numerous audit trainees, Lara is passionate about nurturing talent and fostering growth. Her purpose is to influence her colleagues by adding value and building trust in the corporate environment—leading with a tough mind and a soft heart. She strives to embody the values of punctuality, excellence, efficiency, and joy in both her professional and personal life.
