Karen has over 18 years of experience in the preparation of US tax returns and US tax consulting for Venture Capital Funds, Individuals and Corporations.

Additionally, Karen has experience with corporate income tax including consolidated filings, partnerships, multi-state and local taxes and individuals. Over the years she has been responsible for the filing of hundreds of U.S. tax returns, as well as tax audits with the IRS. 

Karen's practice also includes significant experience in obtaining Israeli Tax Rulings for foreign Venture Capital Funds as well as providing Israeli tax consulting with respect to the Funds' reporting requirements in Israel.
