As Central and Eastern Europe emerges from the pandemic, PwC as a community of solvers is uniquely positioned to combine the people, capabilities and technology that will help our clients overcome the important challenges of today and tomorrow.
This is what we're calling The New Equation – our refreshed network-wide strategy.
The New Equation focuses on two interconnected needs that our clients and stakeholders face now.
The first is to build trust.
This has never been more urgent or more challenging.
The second is to deliver sustained outcomes in a dynamic environment where the risk of disruption is higher than ever before
To help our clients meet these challenges, the PwC network is investing in strengthening our capabilities and maintaining our focus on quality.
Here in Central and Eastern Europe, we are making the following commitments.
We will invest in enhancing our client service capabilities with a focus on emerging technologies.
We have committed 6 million dollars to expanding our capabilities in ESG, and will establish a Centre of Excellence in the region to help advise our clients on ESG transformation, strategy and reporting.
We’ll accelerate our Transformation programme, investing in new digital products, services and teams.
And we will provide digital upskilling for all 12,000 of our people in the region by the end of the coming financial year geared towards business analytics, AI & machine learning, and robotic process automation.
We commit to enhanced sustainability reporting of our operations across the CEE region and will work to help achieve our global commitment of net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
And we will help our people adapt to changing workforce trends and the impact of the pandemic – implementing flexible, hybrid working arrangements and allocating over $10m in development and wellbeing activities.
It all adds up to The New Equation.
