PwC CEE announces new CEO

PwC Central and Eastern Europe announces the election of Adam Krasoń as the new CEO, with effect from 1 January 2023.

24 October 2022

The partnership of PwC Central and Eastern Europe (PwC CEE) has elected Adam Krasoń as the new CEO of the firm. He will begin his mandate from 1 January 2023.

Adam will take over from the current CEO, Nick Kós, who has led PwC CEE over the past four and a half years.

Adam is currently the Country Managing Partner of PwC Poland and Northern Cluster Leader (Poland, the Baltic States and Ukraine).

I am honoured by the trust bestowed upon me by the PwC Partners in Central and Eastern Europe. PwC CEE is committed to playing an important role in engaging with our clients and wider stakeholders in building trust in society and solving important problems. We want to bring the best of PwC to our clients – we will continue to invest in our people, new capabilities and in new technologies, helping clients emerge stronger from the current turbulent economic climate. I want to thank Nick for his contribution to the development of our firm in the region over the past four and a half years.

Adam Krasoń

Serving as the PwC CEE CEO has been a great honour. I am immensely proud of what we achieved together over the past four and a half years. We’ve successfully navigated the challenges posed by the pandemic, by the war in Ukraine and the subsequent separation of the Russian firm from the network, while at the same time beginning an intensive programme of transformation of our delivery model, investing in new technologies and a massive digital upskilling programme for all our people across the region. We have kept our people safe, protected their employment, focused on what’s right for PwC CEE and delivered record results consistently over this period. I wish Adam the best success in his new role. Last but not least, I want to thank our clients for giving us the opportunity to help them deliver sustained outcomes, and to our people across the region for their contribution in making a difference in the communities in which we operate.
