The first steps

Before you start operating in Armenia, we will help you:

On-going support

  • Corporate Income Tax compliance: monthly CIT reconciliations as appropriate, and preparation of the annual return.
  • VAT compliance: preparation of VAT registers and VAT returns and other related filings on a monthly or quarterly basis.

  • Statutory HR administration: registration procedures and the administration of employees’ documents related to the employment.
  • Statutory accounting compliance: general ledger accounting, month end closing and reporting as appropriate, and year-end closing routines. The services also cover the assistance in the preparation of statutory annual financial statements.
