Neta Zruya Hashai

Neta joined the firm in 2000. She gained experience in providing assurance services to SEC-reporting entities, Israeli public companies, private companies, and tax return audit; providing due diligence services; and providing support for IPOs on TASE, shelf prospectuses, debt issuance, and US and UK prospectuses.

Neta spent two years representing the Israeli firm at PwC's New York office, and during that time lead a diverse array of engagement with clients such as venture capital funds, privately-owned hi-tech companies and startups.

After returning from the US, Neta lead the engagement with "Partner Communications" (Orange) for six years, and later she managed a firm-wide project for Comverse. In 2012, Neta became a partner and the CEO of Kesselman & Kesselman PwC Trust Co. (1971) Ltd., which serves a trustee for mutual funds.

Neta holds an MBA, majoring in Financial Management, and a BA in Accounting and Communications, both from Tel Aviv University.
