Value is high on every corporate agenda. Our Valuation Advisory team looks beyond the immediate need to measure value but also how value can be increased and the asset’s strategic fit through analysing the value drivers and advising on how value can be protected or enhanced.
Valuations
Corporate Valuations is a specialized area in our Transaction Advisory Services business unit responsible for Valuation and related Corporate Advisory. We understand from our clients that value is very important, it could be:
- in a business
- a brand or a bonus plan
- about investment
- impairment or intangibles
- needed for a takeover.
- needed for transfer pricing or tax assessment.
- needed for intellectual property
Every valuation includes a figure, but a figure on its own may not tell the whole story or take the decision for you. Valuation isn't valuation without expert analysis and understanding of the facts behind the figures. Our Valuation Advisory team provides businesses with robust business valuation advice covering all the angles. Additionally, we work proactively with our clients to analyze the value drivers, understand how value can either be protected or enhanced and if required establish the best way for this enhanced value to be realized.
