Implementation phases 

The Discover phase begins with our PwC Implementation Assessment, which provides an initial insight into the suitability of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition for your operational requirements. The Prepare phase involves preparing the project team for implementation activities and identifying business requirements, as outlined in the Explore phase.
