Perform is the PwC operational excellence program that introduces new ways of working and allows teams to improve their performances through the implementation of some “Lean Philosophy” principles.

In just 10-12 weeks, teams gain more autonomy and proactiveness, establishing a culture of continuous improvement.

PERFORM is a structured methodology where PwC Coaches support people to lead a cultural change implementing 10 elements of Lean management in the everyday work activities.

    Il Case Study di AMCO | PwC Perform

    AMCO is one of the leading operators specialising in non-performing loans management. During the most recent years, AMCO accomplished a remarkable growth path based on the integration of different cultures and the adoption of new collaborative ways of working to facilitate both remote working and cooperation of teams located over different cities.

    In order to meet these challenges, AMCO partnered with PwC Italy to support the adoption of the PERFORM methodology across the entire corporate population.
    PwC coaches assisted the participating teams in embracing numerous drivers of operational excellence which foster a proactive change management, a shared vision and an effective team collaboration especially in a hybrid work environment. 

    As witnessed by PERFORM participants, the program has been crucial to enhance AMCO employees' empowerment and it strengthened the sense of belonging and awareness of each individual.
