Tips for applying online

Applying via our online portal ( can be tricky for a new user. Don't worry! We are here to help! Please read carefully our tips for using the portal. If you have any other inquiries, please contact us via mail:

What should I do to make it easier for online application? 

Here are some tips to make it easier for your applying online:

  • Do NOT use Firefox or Google Chrome web browsers. USE Internet Explorer only
  • Input your full name exactly the same as it shows on your ID card
  • Make sure you leave no space among the numbers of your ID card number
  • Use English only when filling the form
  • Always be careful in inputting contact details.


How can I submit my CV or resume?

When you apply for a job you will create a Career Profile in our system, and you’ll be asked to upload your CV/resume in your Career Profile. 


Can I modify my Job Application information at any time?

Yes, you can return and modify your Job Application information whenever you like. Your information is secured, so you’ll need to log in to make changes.

Don’t forget to press the “Save and Continue” button for each section you edit and then the “Submit” button when all of your changes are complete.


My password does not work or I have forgotten it. What should I do?

At the login page, enter your user name, then click “Forgot Your Password.” You’ll be asked to re-enter your user name; full name; ID card/passport no. and fil in mandatory fields. Click “Request” to reset the password. Within few minutes, you’ll receive an e-mail that will include a new access code and require you to access your online profile on and immediately change your password as per email instructions.
