South Carolina - Combined reporting as an alternative apportionment method

On February 28th, 2014, South Carolina Department of Revenue issued a preliminary Staff Draft Revenue Ruling stating that combined unitary reporting may be used as an alternative method of apportionment when the statutory method does not fairly represent the taxpayer’s business activities in the state.
