Chad Gerhardstein is a Principal in PwC’s Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management Solutions (ICRS) practice and focuses on serving the FinTech sector. Chad brings over 20 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, controls assurance, and internal audit domestically as well as in EU, LATAM, and AsiaPac regions. He also served as the Global Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Risk and Compliance for one of the largest global payments institutions and providers of financial services. During this time, he was responsible for a global team managing the company’s regulatory risk profile and spent significant time with US, UK and EU financial services regulatory agencies. Matt Shelhorse is a Partner in PwC’s Forensic Services Practice and leads our Fraud, Corruption & Economic Crime Solutions forensic efforts in the consumer market sector. Matt has over twenty nine years of forensic accounting, consulting and financial management experience.
