The seven critical drivers of a successful program

The approach to change management in an integration setting is often fragmented and commonly considers only one or a few elements of focus. Designing an effective change management program in integration should include seven critical drivers, all in synch with the integration strategy, and centrally managed at the executive level. The larger the deal and resulting integration, the greater the importance on adhering to sound change management principles in aligning and motivating people to deliver deal value.​
