Lillian has over 25 years of experience helping global clients with complex governance, risk and compliance (GRC) challenges and opportunities across multiple sectors. She has deep domain experience in enterprise, information technology, cyber, third party, business continuity, crisis management and sustainability risk management, as well as advises clients on their GRC and digital enablement strategies. Lillian has held a number of leadership roles in the firm including leading operations for PwC’s national GRC practice.
Julie Holden is a Director in PwC’s GRC Technology Enablement Practice. She has 15 years of risk consulting experience helping clients transform their risk and compliance programs within financial services, asset management, insurance, retail and pharma life sciences. Her primary focus is on end-to-end implementations of governance, risk, and compliance programs using various GRC technology tools. Julie leads organizations through program transformations covering technology vendor selections, readiness assessments, governance structure design, data model/taxonomy design, business and technical requirements, training and user adoption. She brings a wide range of risk management and project management experience, assisting in enterprise organizational change management efforts and operational resiliency.
Michael Isaac is a Senior Manager in PwC's Cybersecurity, Privacy and Forensics Advisory practice specializing in Operational Resilience. He has over 30 years of professional experience that includes risk management, management consulting, project management and technical writing, and has spent the past 27 years of his career, focusing on Business Continuity Management (BCM) -- Incident / Emergency Response, Crisis Management & Communications, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. During this time, Michael has developed extensive experience assessing, designing, implementing, testing, managing and executing BCM programs for my employers and clients; conducting physical security and environment controls reviews; and providing subject matter expertise and training to management and staff across a variety of industries leveraging leading professional practices, standards, guidelines and regulations.
