Kevin O'Connell serves as PwC’s Trust and Transparency Solutions Clients and Markets Leader. A leading specialist in SOC 1, 2 and 3, and other third party assurance and internal controls reporting, he has over 25 years of experience providing services to our largest financial services clients designed to identify, assess, and manage complex risk and control issues across the enterprise – whether they are strategic, financial, systems, or operational in nature. Kevin also serves as the US Risk Assurance Asset & Wealth Management Sector Leader. Leading the growth agenda for the sector, he has created and launched an AWM business program resulting in the development of PwC’s professionals and consistent delivery of the highest quality service to our clients.
Sheri Wyatt is a Partner in PwC’s Sustainability practice and also serves as the Diversity Leader for the US Assurance line of service. She has over 20 years of experience advising companies in the adoption of new accounting and financial reporting standards, from assessing current state through operationalizing new standards and policies. Sheri advises global clients on their environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies, including how to navigate their sustainability reporting journey, with a specific focus on evolving and leading ESG frameworks.
In her role as the US Assurance Diversity Leader, Sheri is responsible for executing PwC’s diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy within an Assurance practice of over 16,000 partners and staff. By leading a data-driven D&I strategy embedded across the entire talent life cycle -- from recruiting, onboarding and mid-level management progression to succession planning for partners -- she focuses on developing and executing strategic interventions that supports and provides access to customized experiences for our people at key moments in their career. Sheri also serves on PwC’s Diversity and Inclusion Partner Council that reports directly to our Senior Partner.
