Jill Pavlus is a Partner in PwC’s Digital Risk Solutions practice focused on the Greater Texas market. She has more than 16 years of experience providing assurance and consulting services related to ERP governance, risk and compliance to companies primarily in the Energy, Utilities & Mining and Industrial Products sectors. She has led teams on risk assessments, controls integration implementations, controls optimization/remediation projects, security assessments, pre/post-implementation reviews and GRC integrations. Jill has significant experience assisting her clients with respect to internal control deficiencies and remediation efforts specifically ERP challenges such as security weaknesses, segregation of duties issues, inappropriate configuration and ineffective manual journal entry processes and controls.
Elizabeth McNichol serves as the Digital Assets Leader within PwC's Risk Assurance Practice. She is responsible for the current and future development and deployment of digital assets in the risk consulting space. Elizabeth drives the strategy for how our clients and our teams optimize the use of digital assets to deliver enhanced quality and innovative processes.
In addition, Elizabeth focuses on risk, compliance and analytics solutions for global companies that run SAP as their primary enterprise application. She is also a leader in the firm's effort to transform compliance and risk management processes through the use of analytics and data. In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for developing and integrating the technology, content and software methodology to enhance the way our clients approach risk and compliance related challenges.
Carrie Duarte is PwC's US Workforce of the Future Leader and a director on PwC's US board. She helps CEO’s and their organizations build teams that thrive, today and in the future, providing strategic and tactical guidance as organizations develop their workforce strategy, drive performance, upskill their workforce, and further the impact of their diversity and inclusion efforts. As a director on the PwC US board, Carrie provides governance oversight and strategy input to the PwC US firm.
