Overview

The cybersecurity regulatory landscape has been changing rapidly over the past few years. New York State’s Department of Financial Services (DFS) is leading the pack with Part 500, but other states and regulatory bodies are requiring more cybersecurity controls to safeguard companies’ operations and customer information.

It is important to develop a strong model for cybersecurity governance to help develop a cohesive model that is flexible to meet each of the regulatory bodies’ requirements.
