  • An enterprise-wide plan and response
  • Continuous redesign of business services and processes

Potential impacts when resilience is not made a priority

The lack of resilience can put business operations at risk and generate negative financial impact in the form of lost sales, brand dilution, PR/legal battles, penalties, and more.

Key Root Causes Include:

  1. The Domino Effect: Inability to establish relationships and interdependencies among business systems and supporting technology
  2. No Current State: Inability to easily maintain and evergreen these relationships due to daily changes
  3. Functional and Data Silos: Lack of Enterprises Resilience data model and integrated tooling as tools and data focus functionality
