Given our mobility as organizations and our robust technology infrastructure, we have the capacity to work virtually for an extended period of time and to continue delivering valuable work even during disruptive events.

As we navigate the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, some of us will need to consider alternate/remote working arrangements. We’ll adapt our work plans to integrate new ways of working to continue to meet our goals, provide quality service and achieve our project objectives. We’re able and equipped to work remotely, including from home. Our infrastructure and technology tools enable us to work remotely with teams in a variety of locations.

Here’s what you need to know to work effectively regardless of your location:

1. Set expectations for your teams

You should have an explicit planning conversation with your team on mutual expectations for connectivity and create a plan around the tools and methods we will use to collaborate.

2. Establish clear teaming behaviors

3.  Know your technology options

We can leverage a lot of technology tools to make virtual collaboration easy
