In 2002, a client asked us to look into our crystal ball and describe our vision of the ways in which business continuity management (BCM) might evolve over the next ten years. Using a combination of insight from domestic and global BCM projects, coordination with enterprise risk and change projects, and observations gained from our regulatory and industry sector specialists, we recently dusted off this presentation.
We thought it would be interesting to see if our predictions were directionally accurate or completely off-base—and to come up with predictions for the next ten years.
