Phil is a Dallas-based principal in PwC’s Risk Assurance Services Practice where he directs our national Business Continuity Management (BCM) services. In this role, he leads a team of BCM practitioners who help companies evaluate, devise, implement and test business continuity and crisis management programs. BCM programs minimize the financial, reputational, regulatory, and human impact of unplanned interruptions. Phil and his team unite their BCM program designs to the organization's enterprise risk management efforts in order to achieve the level of operational preparedness and resilience expected by internal and external stakeholders.

With over 20 years of auditing, consulting and IT experience, Phil has lead projects to realize IT and operational control environments as part of financial audits, internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 readiness and redesigns, and SAS 70 third party reviews. Phil's prior PwC roles include directing the North Texas Systems and Process Assurance market practice, West and Central Region Data Management practice, Central Region Business Continuity Management practice, Central Region Third Party Assurance practice, and Central Region Privacy practice.

Phil's supports clients in the Retail & Consumer, Healthcare, Technology, and Financial Services industry sectors.

Phil has a B.B.A. in Business Analysis and Research from Texas A&M University.
