New York, June 24, 2019 ― PwC US has appointed Colin Wittmer as the firm’s U.S. Deals leader. In this role, Colin is responsible for overseeing approximately 3,000 experienced professionals who advise corporate and private equity clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction to achieve their long-term strategic goals.
Over the course of his 25-year career with PwC, Colin has been involved in a significant number of megadeals across a diverse group of industry sectors including pharmaceuticals, retail, consumer and industrial products. He has extensive experience in global and cross-border deals, serving private equity and corporate clients in the U.S. and around the world. Previously, he served as the firm’s New York Metro Market Deals leader, as well as PwC’s Divestitures Leader and has worked in both the United States and Switzerland.

Colin graduated from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
He succeeds Bob Saada who was recently appointed to Deputy Asia Pacific Americas Consulting Leader and Managing Partner of our China, Hong Kong and Japan Consulting businesses and will assume his new role in July 2019. “I have had the pleasure of knowing, and working closely with Colin for many years.
