In South Texas, there is a community that has been referred to in the media as “Diabetesville.” An estimated 30% of the community has diabetes, and nearly another third is living with undiagnosed diabetes. The health issues here are the same challenges felt all over America.

With the Interchange from DoubleJump Health™, a different future is now possible. We’re working with this community to reduce the prevalence of diabetes by surrounding people with care when and where they need it. At the heart of it is a new ability to help businesses cooperate to change the way care is delivered.
