With more than 21 years of experience at PwC and over 23 years of industry experience, Pam has served as the lead partner for several Fortune 500 companies and is the Managing Partner of PwC’s Toledo office. She has consulted with the firm’s engagement teams and clients on a number of complex accounting and reporting issues, including business combinations, segment reporting, fair value related issues, restructuring and impairments. In addition to these roles, Pam was a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In this capacity, she was responsible for assisting registrants in resolving accounting and reporting matters, along with participating in the development of rule proposals under the federal securities law.
An active member of her community, Pam most recently served on the boards of the United Way of the Capital Region and the Boys and Girls Club of Central Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University, is a licensed certified public accountant in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Ohio, and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
