Bobby Clark is a Senior Manager at PwC's Health Research Institute. HRI is a dedicated research group that provides new intelligence, perspective, and analysis on major health-related business issues. Bobby leads HRI’s analysis of key regulatory and policy initiatives impacting the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries while also contributing to research on a broader range of healthcare topics.

Bobby previously served as a health policy advisor in the U.S. House of Representatives. There he contributed to a number of legislative achievements, most notably the Affordable Care Act. During his tenure on Capitol Hill, Bobby advised members of Congress on a diverse portfolio of issues, including: the regulation of food, drugs and medical devices, biomedical research and development, healthcare financing, and delivery system reform. Prior to joining PwC, Bobby also served as Director of Federal Affairs for Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Bobby graduated in 2002 with high honors from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey at New Brunswick with a dual degree in Political Science and Sociology. He earned his Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University in 2006, where he specialized in healthcare policy.

He currently resides in Washington, D.C. and serves as an advisory committee member for the city’s health insurance exchange.
