Christopher Khoury is a senior manager in PwC’s Health Research Institute (HRI), where he develops national thought leadership on pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and medical device topics. His recent research includes payer relations, payment and reimbursement, health reform, and human capital. HRI is a dedicated research group that provides new intelligence, perspective, and analysis on major health-related business issues.
He has worked in the healthcare sector for 12 years. Prior to joining HRI, he advised clients on workplace, customer impact, and patient engagement for the largest private and government hospital systems and foundations. He previously worked in life sciences R&D, product development, and in health data analytics at an academic medical center.
Christopher is the author of several publications and a frequent presenter on pharmaceuticals, technology, and the intersections with other health sectors. He also holds patents covering biotechnology subjects. He earned an M.B.A. from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business magna cum laude. Christopher received his B.S. from the University of Illinois and holds an M.S. in biomedical engineering (pharmaceuticals emphasis) from the University of Wisconsin.
