Incredibly Helpful for Anyone “Stuck”
I LOVED this series.
I’m a young professional, and I’m always getting into creative blocks.
This series really opened me to new ways I can work around being stuck and new methods to gain inspiration.
I especially enjoyed the meditation and walking episodes. It was refreshing to hear so much evidence to back meditation, and that it is much simpler than most people think. Likewise, I went for stroll after the walking episode, and while I didn’t have a suddenly epiphany, it was very nice to have nothing to leave my frustration behind for a bit and just focus on the simple act of walking.
Great guests and intelligent conversation. I loved it!
