Asian Pacific American Heritage Month honors the entirety of the Asian community. As leaders of the PwC US Pan Asian Community Inclusion Network, Milan Shah and I encourage everyone to apply an intersectional lens that helps create an environment that encourages each employee to bring their whole selves to work where their cultures are supported and celebrated, not just this month but each and every day.

Thx Christine del Rosario & Milan Shah for your inclusive leadership. The points you make on multiple "Asian" identities and common cultural frameworks are spot on. Our recent global #hopesandfears2022 survey of 52000 workers confirmed that "ethnic minorities" see some of the greatest benefits from engaging in discussions on "societal issues" in the workplace. Further evidence of the importance of creating the right environment for employees to engage, listen and learn with/from colleagues. More here https://www.pwc.com/workforcehopesandfears

Thank you for sharing, Christine. These are important insights, and I couldn’t agree more that creating a culture where people feel acknowledged, valued and celebrated is so important.
