Sulay Sinha is a Partner with the Asset Management team of PwC in New York. He is an international tax specialist with an industry focus on Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Hospitality. Sulay advises on international tax matters to some of the largest global infrastructure funds and sovereign investors in this space.
Prior to his move to New York, Sulay was based out of London where he regularly advised Real Estate, Infrastructure Funds, and Fund of Funds originating out of Europe and the United States and investing globally. Sulay has also lived and worked extensively in the emerging markets of Asia and the Middle East. He worked for the International Real Estate Development and Acquisition arm of a major financial holding company in the Middle East based out of Dubai and had global responsibility for the tax and risk management of the organization's investments. He has also worked with the Government of India on the design of their VAT system as part of the erstwhile Arthur Andersen’s team in New Delhi, India.
Sulay also contributes to the firm's technical publications and is a regular speaker at international Real Estate conferences. Sulay is also a visiting faculty member at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
