Enterprise Risk Management Solutions Leader, PwC US
Steve is the US Leader of PwC’s ERM practice within its Internal Audit, Compliance & Risk Management Solutions practice. This practice area focuses on the interactions between the “lines of defense” and how risk impacts the business. Steve and his team are dedicated to developing, implementing and managing leading risk management programs across a variety of risk areas, including:
- Integrated Risk and Compliance Management
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Performance/Strategic /Emerging Risk Management
- GRC Technology Enablement
Steve authors PwC’s “How to Achieve Excellent Enterprise Risk Management” series and is sought after to speak at national, regional and local risk management events. Steve has been a featured speaker at several RIMS conferences and joined the COSO Chairman on a panel discussion at a joint IIA/NACD event in Minneapolis. Steve has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business and a member of the St Thomas University Opus School of Business Risk Leadership Advisory Board.
Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Children’s Museum Holding Co.
Steve is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, Minnesota and California.
