Scott Olsen is a partner and leader of PwC's Human Resource Services (HRS) practice. In this role, he oversees services comprising of retirement and health & welfare benefits, total compensation, HR transactions, and Saratoga (human capital metrics, dashboards, and surveys).
Scott joined PwC in 2003 after serving as the Global Leader of Towers Watson’s Executive Compensation practice. Scott has extensive experience as a consultant to managements and boards in the areas of corporate governance, executive compensation strategy, and incentive design and performance measurement (selection and calibration of financial and non-financial metrics for incentive plans). He received his BS in Economics and BA in Mathematics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
