Vice Chairman and US Tax Leader
Roy is PwC’s Tax Leader, responsible for overseeing the largest group of tax professionals in the US, focused on tax issues for both companies and individuals.
Previously, he served as the NY Metro Regional Tax Partner and is a member of the PwC Extended US Tax leadership team. He has more than 23 years of experience serving multinational clients in the Financial Services industry, providing a full range of tax services, focused principally on money center and investment banks. He has managed a number of global tax teams around the world on engagements at large financial institutions.
Roy is currently the Tax lead partner on several of the firm's larger clients. He is on the board at the following not-for-profit organizations: Abyssinian Development Corporation and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Former boards include Partnership for the Homeless and the Healthcare Chaplaincy.
He also previously served as the NY Metro Region Tax Leader for Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. Previously he served as the Chief Diversity Officer for the US with a focus on advising the Senior Partner on diversity strategy for the firm.
