Ron Gale has over thirty years of experience providing tax and business consulting services to publicly traded and privately held corporations.
Ron’s expertise is International Tax. Ron provides all aspects of international tax consulting to U.S. and foreign multinational companies helping his clients to structure acquisitions, divestitures, cross border/multi-entity integration and developing tax efficient strategies related to GILTI, BEAT, FDII, subpart F income, FTC’s, etc. Ron utilizes the PwC Integrated Global Structuring methodology to harmonize both the US and foreign tax consequences for purposes of designing and implementing global structures. Ron also spent ten years a part of the National Value Chain Transformation (VCT) practice. He has significant experience in the design and implementation of low-tax entrepreneur principals, commissionaires/limited risk distributors, contract/toll manufacturers, R&D cost-sharing, e-Business structuring, tax-efficient financing, and shared services. Ron has managed and implemented several large projects for US MNCs in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Ron is a graduate of DePaul University, Chicago, where he received his B.S. degree in accounting. He also received a J.D. degree from DePaul University's College of Law and is a member of the American Bar Association. Because of his wide range of technical and industry experience, Ron serves frequently as a guest presenter to professional organizations on international tax issues.
