Rob Fisher is the US Technology Deals Leader. Rob has been a partner in the Silicon Valley Transaction Services Group since 2000 and a full time financial due diligence professional since 1997. Since 1995, Rob has focused exclusively on the technology and infocom industries, working on well over three hundred buy-side and sell-side transactions for companies ranging from multi-billion dollar multinationals to pre-revenue start-ups and on behalf of private equity firms.
Rob’s extensive deal experience includes working with the majority of Fortune 500 technology companies including multiple transactions in all of the subsectors with the industry. As the Technology Deals Leader, Rob hosts semi-annual corporate development roundtables addressing timely and relevant topics confronting corporate buyers including M&A process, synergy assessment and execution, divestiture management, joint ventures and integration. Rob is also the author or co-author of numerous publications addressing technology industry and deal specific topics and has been frequently quoted in the press and in technology trade publications.
Rob earned a B.S. in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis and is a member of the California CPA society.
