Nick Raby is the principal in charge of West region and our transfer pricing group in Texas, in addition to operating as deputy leader for our Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution practice. He is responsible for mobilizing PwC's international resources to find comprehensive solutions to complex international tax disputes faced by multinational enterprises. Nick has been with PwC for 32 years, 22 of those as principal, and has a particular focus on the Oil and Gas sector. Nick’s experience includes transfer Pricing and International Tax audit defense, Use of alternative dispute resolution processes such as Advance Pricing Agreements ("APA") and Mutual Agreement Procedures, multi-country Transfer Pricing documentation studies; analysis of complex financial statements reporting and tax provision issues, and implementation of operating structures designed to facilitate efficient deployment of intangible property rights on a global basis.
