My focus is helping technology, communications, entertainment and media company clients through their most challenging, complex tax situations.

Finding solutions and promoting leading practices is what I do — working through issues from federal and state tax consulting and compliance to divestiture, acquisition and post-deal integration. I identify effective uses of staff, technology and tax processes to help drive returns.
