Director, Governance Insights Center, PwC US
Leah Malone is a director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center, which strives to strengthen the connection between directors, executive teams and investors by helping them navigate the evolving governance landscape.
A lawyer by training, Leah worked for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP for eight years before joining PwC in 2016, and has extensive experience in governance matters relating to executive compensation and compensation committees.
Leah has authored a number of publications for the Governance Insights Center, including our Annual Corporate Directors Survey, our Census of Directors 50 and Under, and the Executive Compensation Series.
Leah earned her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar, and lives in New York with her husband and two young children.
