Laura is PwC’s US Assurance Diversity Leader. She has 25 years of audit experience and specializes in serving registered investment companies, investment partnerships, hedge funds and private investment advisors.
She also serves as the Global Engagement Partner and Lead Engagement Partner for two multinational asset management companies. She is Quality Review Partner on several of the Firm’s largest and most complex mutual fund clients.
Laura also served as the Chair of our Asset Management Strategic Deployment Committee which focused on the strategic deployment and development of our most experienced resources and the resourcing of some of our most visible and strategic opportunities.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant in California. She is a frequent speaker in PwC’s training programs and external events for clients and investment management professionals.
She is a member of the West Coast Steering Committee - National Investment Company Services Association (NICSA) and is a former Executive Board Member for the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco, Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) and the Bay Area Girls Center.
