Ken is a tax partner in PwC's Manufacturing, Distribution, and Services Industries, based in Chicago. His client include portfolio companies of private equity firms, public companies, and family-held businesses. He is a strategic advisor, providing income tax accounting services, tax return preparation and consulting services to maximize cash flow, reduce the effective tax rate, and manage risk for the organization.

Ken is responsible for coordinating the delivery of PwC's tax services and ensuring quality no matter where or by whom those services are provided. Ken regularly coordinate teams with members from multiple locations and specialty practices, including M&A and state and local tax. He also has significant experience with tax compliance matters, ACS 740 support, uncertain tax position analysis, tax accounting methods, acquisitions and divestitures, and IRS examination defense.

Ken has served many public companies during his career and is currently working on two high-yield bond offerings with registration rights. He has a J.D. from the University of Nebraska, and LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University, and a B.S. from the University of Arizona.
